the result of careful cultivation that respects biodiversity. 18 hectares of vineyards from 250 to 600 metres above sea level, cultivated with Sangiovese, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
Global climate change worries us: we are a young team and we keep our future at heart and in mind, which cannot be separated from respect for the nature that hosts us.
It is the details that make the difference for the sustainability of our daily work: separate waste collection, preference for environmentally friendly vehicles and agricultural machinery, use of zero km products, better choices for a reduced impact of agriculture on the soil.
All of the farm’s vineyards, olive groves and fields are in conversion to organic farming. In addition, we apply conservative farming principles: reduced tilling, constant terrain cover, and crop diversification. The benefits are the reduction of soil erosion by up to 90 per cent compared to traditional tillage, thus reducing soil degradation.
The 18 cultivated hectares are divided between Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The vineyards are all located near the winery and extend from 250 to 450 metres above sea level.
